Core Principles

The body has three main sources of energy from which it draws to meet its metabolic needs: carbohydrates, protein and fat. The body will first draw from its carbohydrate reserve before turning to protein and fat. During the weight loss phase of the protocol, you will limit carbohydrate intake to encourage your body to turn to its fat and protein stores for energy. By eating protein rich foods, the protocol helps support muscle mass and teaches you how to develop smarter eating habits to help maintain weight after you achieve your weight loss goal.

Meet with a Coach

Meet with our dedicated coaches to discuss how the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method can help meet your weight loss or medical goals. We will explain how the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method works and the benefits seen by completing three simple phases. Clients who suffer with many different conditions, such as type II diabetes, pre-diabetics, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and fatigue, may benefit from the insulin-glucagon level balancing effect from the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method.

Eat Delicious Food

Our gourmet protein foods contain highly absorbable, high-biological value protein isolates which are combined with essential amino acids and complemented with supplements and mineral salts. You will also be providing your own lean protein, select vegetables and unlimited lettuce salads.

Track Body Composition

During the consultation, the client’s weight loss goals and any medical conditions will be discussed. A body composition analysis is completed in the office that produces an accurate measurement of the body’s composition of weight, which consists of water, muscle, bone, and fat. This tool is used to more accurately track the actual amount of fat being lost.
